Dr Pallavi Singhvi and her team recently conducted 1 day Self Defence training session for Girls on 2nd February 2026, at Neerja Modi School, Kalwara. 

The training was organized with the objective of empowering young girls with basic self-defense skills, building self-confidence, and creating awareness about personal safety. It also created awareness of legal aspects of self-defence, and disengagement from any adverse situation while obviating any physical confrontation at the first instance.

Her team comprising eminent and experienced martial arts trainers, trained the students with easy yet effective physical self-defence techniques to enable them to survive any real-life combat situation. The students actively participated and enthusiastically demonstrated techniques to protect themselves.

The workshop proved to be highly beneficial and informative.

The workshop was well acknowledged and  highly appreciated by the school principal Ma'am Aditi also requested Dr Pallavi Singhvi to incorporate this workshop as a regular training program for the students to inculcate mental, emotional and physical strength into them to further strengthen student safety and awareness.
